Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Scope
This policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests for professional programming consulting, API architecture sprints, OpenAPI governance audits, and principal advisory retainers provided by Logicprismbase Consulting Co., Ltd. Because our services involve dedicated senior architect time, custom schema authoring, and bespoke technical analysis, terms are structured around milestone deliverables and resource allocation.
2. Project Sprints & Fixed-Fee Diagnostic Audits
- Initial Commencement Deposit: Fixed-fee audits and project sprints require an upfront commencement deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee). This deposit reserves senior consultant capacity and is non-refundable once architectural discovery workshops have commenced.
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a Client cancels a scheduled project in writing at least seven (7) business days prior to the agreed kickoff date, the deposit will be refunded in full, less any third-party international bank transfer fees.
- Work Already Commenced: If a cancellation is requested after discovery workshops or schema modeling has begun, the Client will be billed for actual consultant hours expended up to the timestamp of cancellation at standard hourly rates ($220 USD / hour), and any remaining balance of the initial deposit will be returned.
- Completed Milestones: Completed and delivered technical specifications, OpenAPI schemas, audit reports, or CI configurations that have been approved or delivered per Statement of Work milestones are non-refundable.
3. Advisory Retainers
- Monthly Retainer Cancellation: Retainer agreements may be canceled by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the next monthly billing cycle.
- Unused Retainer Hours: Retainer hours allocate reserved architect availability during the active calendar month. Unused review hours do not roll over to subsequent months and are non-refundable.
4. Workshop Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule scheduled architectural discovery sessions or review workshops without penalty by providing written notice at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice or where Client attendees fail to appear may be deducted from the project's allocated workshop hours.
5. Refund Request Process & Timelines
To submit a formal cancellation or refund request:
- Send a written notice to info@logicprismbase.click including your project SOW reference number, company name, and reason for the request.
- Our finance and practice management team will review the hours logged and deliverable milestones within five (5) business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (international wire transfer) within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days.
6. Governing Jurisdiction & Disputes
Any billing disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through good-faith discussion shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms of Service and the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
